Refund Conditions

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Credits and  Mod Packages purchased through our platform are digital products.

For your AI credit purchases, as our system simultaneously covers the AI API cost in the background and assigns the credits to your account, refunds for these transactions are absolutely not possible.

Similarly,  JSON files, which are encrypted with a unique ID specific to your account and delivered instantly, are also outside the scope of refunds. Please carefully review the samples and trial versions before making a purchase.
